Savor the moment of Sunset
I remember a song from Girl Scout camp 'Day Is Done' and think about that song when I see a beautiful sunset. In the summer we sit on our front porch to watch sunset, but in the winter I just run outside to take a quick shot to savor in the warmth of my home while posting here on ActiveRain or Facebook. Enjoy the beauty

Silvia--yes, there is snow on the ground and temp is in 20's. Nice and warm inside. Best to you, too in 2012.
Chris--thanks for the rest of the words. I have been trying to remember. Here we have the lake and the sky and maybe a small hill. At camp we had the hills, too. So good to see you again...till tomorrow.
A wonderful way to end the day.. I remember this song too! I was a blue bird. We had the same song. I love sunsets! Hope you have a great Friday.
