Agent education at NP Dodge Real Estate is the best in our marketplace for many reasons.  I would like to share two key factors regarding our agent education programming.   


First, while most of our competitors still just repackage the outdated 1970's, 80's and 90's training materials and pass it off as "new and improved" - our program has selectively combined the best time tested techniques from today's national real estate educators and customized it to our local market.  Our new associates now benefit from incredible tools, techniques and technology that gives them an unmatched competitive edge in any real estate arena.
