11 Charlestown RI homes have been sold in January 2012:

1 waterfront Charlestown RI home sold for over $1 million

2 homes sold for over $400,000

1 home sold between$300,000- $400,000

7 homes sold less than $300,000

There were 97 Charlestown RI homes for sale in January 2012 which was  another decrease over the prior month (3 less homes for sale).  This is the fifth month of a decline in real estate inventory in homes for sale.  One less home sold this past month over December.
