MANALAPAN TOWNSHIP

Dog and Cat Licensing

Gail Szeluga & JoAnna Siminerio

The Health Department of Manalapan Township is presently licensing all dogs and cats.

2011 licenses expired January 31st so all pets must be relicensed for 2012.

An important reminder – the grace period to re-license animals before a late fee is imposed ends on February 29th.

The Township will be fulfilling its bi-annual Animal Census obligation to look for unlicensed animals.  This Census is expected to start before the end of February.  So don’t delay!!

If you need licensing information please contact the Health Department at 732-446-8345.

If the city issues a tag with a license number, this can be a good way to find your pet if they get lost...as long as they are wearing the tag. Some cities give you a break on licensing fees if your pet is spayed or neutered. I think this is a great plan.
