Well, here is my first post on the blog!  I am just finishing with a real estate Principles Class for the Berkeley County Board of Education...my team teacher, Ruthi Smith, and myself have taught the class for almost 10 years.  Ruthi will teach a spring class for real estate Principles if there are enough students.  Getting a license in real estate in WV requires 90 classroom hours before taking the real estate salesperson test in Charleston WV.  We have prepared students to test, we rely on Brokers to instruct further on selling real estate after prospective agents pass the test!  I love teaching the Principles class, or instructing new REALTORS.  It is very rewarding work!
