There are a lot of good lenders out there......I have found one that radiates with honesty and trustworthiness. He's friendly and communicates well with my clients. He actually calls me to give me updates and let me know how the transaction is going, every step of the way. My buyers always have good things to say about him.
This lender even sends me a rate sheet via e-mail every 2 weeks and that helps my awareness. Maybe I shouldn't share his name with you - - he might receive so much business that he wouldn't have time for my buyers.....nah, I think he'd find the time.
