Bank of America and Other Thieves

By

Just when you thought you'd read everything possible about lenders like Bank of America and Countrywide, this week's Rolling Stone Mag comes out with a block-buster article by the great Matt Taibi that will curl your hair.  It has always been astonishing that these lenders got away with unsavory, and even illegal loans to people who could never afford to pay them back.  But, when you read what Taibbi researched, you won't believe they're all not in jail.  It will be interesting to see what, if anything, comes of these latest findings. We all had our concerns about the Occupy Wall Street Movement, but now I see the fault with it was it didn't go far enough. My kids continue to tell me that the 60s are over.  Well, that's not a good thing!

Politicians and Bankers they all work together and for each other.  Use credit unions whenever you can.

Occupy, contrary to what the right wing media would have you believe is far from dead.  Yes the politicians have used the SS troops er I mean police to forcibly silence and remove them, but their message is going forward in many venues and people for the first time are beginning to talk about the income inequality that is destroying the middle class.

Sorry if my comments sounded like I was anything but a fan of Occupy.  Quite the contrary!  I just think it doesn't go far enough.
