In Montgomery NJ the following real estate activity was reported this week. New listings are down, which is consistent with this time of the year. Price reductions are up slightly from last week, a good sign that currently active listings are priced right for the Montgomery market. Under contract listings have increased slightly to last week and solds have increased by 2 units. For the second week in a row expired units have come way down to 1
Currently Montgomery NJ has 102 active residential listings. These active listings range from a $250,000 Bungalow style home to a $1,650,000 custom built home.
