I just posted the first sales number for May for the townships that I track in SE Michigan - Milford, Highland, White Lake, Commerce, Lyon, and West Bloomfield in Oakland County and Green Oak, Brighton and Hartland in Livingston County. Keep up with what's going on in the market. Reports include the Y-T-D numbers for those areas, too; as well as sales history for them going back 3 years or more.
