The WSJ Real Estate Journal has an article this morning about selling a home in 2008, and they too mention having home inspections as part of the listing package. This is something I plan to incorporate into my listing package for 2008 as, in my infinite short-term wisdom, it seems to me to be an excellent suggestion.
