The one email that caught my attention is the title of this blog. Living in South Florida, filled with beaches, night life, sporting events, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and plenty of great rays to keep us warm is also the same area of the great United States of America where a multitude of city dwellers are staying in their residential properties and yet they are no longer paying on their mortgages. These are the Broward county and Miami-Dade county upside down homeowners who know their properties are no longer worth what they bought them for.
These people need to determine:
1) How long of a time frame they want their credit destroyed?
2) How long they believe they can be non-active with no harm occurring?
3) How long they want to have sleepless nights?
Help is here and the only thing you need to do is make a phone call or send an email. I look forward to hearing from you. By the way, if you the homeowner decides to short sale your property, the Realtor cost is no charge. The lender will pay the commission.
