Sunday June 10th from 1-4 p.m. an Open House for the public to review the North Kingstown new construction model home on Roland Robinson Way off of School Street in North Kingstown is happening. This 12 lot North Ridge subdivision of quality homes, from the well known home builder Rocco Sammartino, is progressing well.

The North Ridge subdivision has been on the market one day and already has a reservation for a home to be built. This is indeed a great looking home! I was surprised at 1,600 SF and priced@ $349,900 that is $218.69/SF..in Austin homes priced in this price per SF range are properties considered closer in.it's always about location...location...good luck with your open house am sure it will be a success.
