Autochthon is the new word of the day.
This one is a mouthful and I understand why one would use this for certain things but for others I just don’t understand. How does any person or group know this for certain? While although there may be no proof of this that’s to say that some won’t be found later? Alright I’ll get off my soapbox and tell you the meaning of (o tak’ then) is any of the earliest known inhabitants of a place be it plant or animal.

James, representing a property within a development that went into foreclosure. Have been trying to convince new buyers to be a pioneer. Maybe I should suggest they have the opportunity to be an "autochton." Then I should duck and hope for the best! Enjoy your day!
