Good morning, Steve, and thanks for my daily motivation. Back when I was buying my first house, I remember thinking I had to wait until the moment was right. Turns out, there's always some reason not to buy a house - kids too young, potential job changes, whatever. Your advice is excellent - if you want something, make the time right to do it :)
