Land O’ Lakes FL Real Estate Market Report – June 2012

In June 2012, 118 homes were sold in Land O’ Lakes with an average sales price of $156,500. This compares with 84 homes sold during the same period last year which translates into a 40% increase in the number of homes closed and a 11% decline in the average sales price (from $175,000 to $156,500).

At the end of the month there were 303 homes for sale in the area; 39% of the available homes sold in the last month. 303/118 = an inventory  of 2.6 months . There has been a 44% decrease in the number of homes available for sale from June 2011 to June 2012 (from 540 to 303)
