Lead Generation Shoot em Up Homefinder.com Makeover Contest Entry...here you go with my top ten NEW Lead Generation ideas to expand my Marketplace. For the past three decades I have had an avalanche of leads. More like a flood of incessant leads with all the flood gates always wide open. Almost half of my business has routinely been new construction. My Dad, via the company he established, Homes America Corporation, built roughly 700 houses in Southern Maryland. I marketed them out of the same office and the same four Dunkirk MD walls since 1986 via the RE/MAX name. I created a brand alliance for thirty years that benefited us plus any of the agents in the office.
I lost my Dad earlier this year. We moved out of his Homes America office complex in the first sixty days. As a family we chose not to sell. Yes, Mom was asked and the answer was No. It is like Charles Schulz and Peanuts concept. It was his Baby. So the lead floodgate abruptly stopped. Yes, Riley Rover still pulls in his share of the dog chow because the Golden Results Marketing Campaign has always worked.
Here is a top ten list of ideas I have compiled to open the lead floodgates again. I know my Dad will be right at my side for this NEW Lead Ride!
1. New IDX on Wordpress with MANY more Community Posts, Subdivision Posts, Localism entries etc.
2. Videos on my iPad with iMovie for each of these posts.
3. Reignite my Buffini Pop By Efforts.
4. Ramp up my Top Producer Market Snapshots to past and current customers, friends, vendors, family etc.
5. Host Wreath Making Dinner Party early December to reach out and touch base with Farm!
6. Host SHhhh 9:29 on 9/29 event in Southern Maryland. Nope, not telling yet. You have to follow me to get the Skinny on that.
7. Expand my blogging efforts, expired campaigns etc. from Southern Maryland to Annapolis, too. I have lived in both areas. GOLD!
8. Sign up a new Builder and package up lots of the Homes America lots etc. for sale. Two ELM Street lots SOLD!
9. Check out the RedX Expired product again!
10. Try a new timesaving tip I learned about. Open Chrome, search for Free Classified Ads, pick the top fifteen in your area, and open and save them all for quick ad writing access.
11. Golden Results mean Golden! Here is the Tribute I wrote my Dad for the Memorial Service March 31, 2012. We moved out of the Homes America Complex that same week.
