With over 80 homes sold in the Emmen's Preserve community of Market Common, this area has quickly become the most sought after real estate in the Myrtle Beach area. Ever since the community opened the pool in late April, the sales have simple exploded. Lennar of the Carolinas sold 23 homes in the community in just the month of June alone, and the sales have not even slowed much after Labor Day. Skip Copely of Lennar tells me that they expect near completion of the community in just over a year. This brings me to my point. While selling at the rate that the homes are, it is a great time to buy into the hottest community in Myrtle Beach. I have just that opportunity with this Willow II floor plan.
