Dear Buyer,
So you were searching for Homes in Central Pa and happened upon our webpage. We reached out to you after you requested some information about a home tour that you viewed on our page, did so within an hour of the request being submitted to us. You weren't working with any other agent. You even sent us a copy of your pre-approval. You told us what type of home you are looking for. A couple of showings later we found the house that you envisioned and within your budget.
Unfortunately, unemployment hit. Home ownership will have to be put on hold.
In my opinion this is where a lot of buyers and agents lose communication and a future transaction gets lost.
We made sure to keep in contact with you as cultivating leads is what, as agents, we need to do.
A few months go by with consistent follow ups including Facebook, emails, and phone calls without being a pain in the rear. Most emails we send don't get a response (although they are read) and phone calls sent to voicemail. One day out of the clear blue we get that call that you are ready to go out and look at a few homes that you've had your eye on.
Awesome!!....but before we do we will need to get you Pre-approved.
