Bonita Isles, A New Development in Bonita Springs, is currently under construction off Old US 41, near Bernwood Parkway. It will be an 85-acre gated community from Minto Communities--the builder of Twin Eagles in Naples.
With 220 homes ranging from the low $200,000's to around $350,000, an exciting opportunity exists with Bonita Isles, a new development in Bonita Springs is usually east of I-75. Bonita Isles' location close to Coconut Point shopping mall should be a big draw. The homes, single-family homes and attached villas, will be two and three bedrooms, from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. with the possibilty of adding homes up to 2,400 square feet if there is enough demand.
The homes will all feature energy efficient appliance packages, high ceilings, granite countertops, and other standard features that most builders consider upgrades. Construction at Bonita Isles is currently under way, and the first models should be opened early next year.
