Mason Ohio Real Estate Update Year to Date 2012 The number of Residential properties that have sold in Mason year-to-date has increased by 107 versus the same time last year. So far, YTD, there have been 794 properties that have sold. This compares to 681 for the same time period in 2011.

As the graph shows, the number of days it took, on the average, to sell these 794 homes was 96 in 2012. A strong improvement over 2011's 124 days.

The average selling price however has decreased from $258,419 in 2011 to 2012's $255,556.
