Believe it or not, January 2013 is just about over. I don’t know about you, but it sure has been a busy month! I feel like I have not had the chance to sit down since Christmas! Either way, being busy usually means you’re doing something right (hopefully). With that said, let’s take a quick look back about what I covered on AnnaDomzalski.com this month, including my 2012-13 Bucks County Real Estate Market Year in Review/Preview and my newest listings. Here we go!
Anna Domzalski’s Rundown of the Bucks County Realty Market (2012 Review and 2013 Preview)
In this article, I talked about the positive signs we saw in the Bucks County real estate market in the 4th quarter of 2012. We had homes on the market for an average of 94 days with the average sale price being $315,000. On top of that, there were 1,300 homes that sold over this period. Not a bad way to end the year! I also gave you some charts to check out and set the stage for 2013 with a look back at 2010 through 2012.
