The Dedham American Legion Band Post 18 is seeking musicians,color guard and band supporters.
Our Mission:
* Service Dedham, Needham and surrounding communities by providing performing groups for ceremonies, concerts, parades and other venues.
* Promote Patriotism, the US Military and Veterans' organizations.
* Provide the opportunity for musical and personal growth of members.
New members of middle school age and above are welcome.
The membership consists of men and women who enjoy music together.
** Legion Eligibility, not required
The band will perform parades, concerts, ceremonies and other Venues.
Uniforms, music, percussion, sousaphones provided, other instruments can be provided.
If you have any instruments you would like to donate, that would be greatly appreciated as well.
Meetings and rehearsals when scheduled are on Mondays from 7:30-9pm at the American Legion Post #18, 155 Eastern Avenue in Dedham, MA.
