The Beach side Community of Gulf Highlands Resort is located between Middle Beach and Front Beach Roads The single family homes are Townhouses. This is a pet friendly community.This community of Panama City Beach has 11 Pools so your never far from one, and five of which are heated there are a couple tennis court and mini golf to enjoy with the family.There is also dedicated beach access with Beach side clubhouse and pool.There is also a recreational facility. This is also a great place to buy an investment property. There are also so many good places to eat that are literally in your back yard.
There is an Home Owners Association with this community but the Fees are low at around $100 per month but that includes Cable,Pest control,Rec facilities,Trash services,Grounds keeping and night time security so you are getting a lot for your money .
The Public school zones are Breakfast Point elementary,Surfside Middle and Arnold High Schools.
