We just negotiated a 15% discount with a local furniture store in Knox County, Ohio for all past and present clients. The deal we struck is a win win transaction for everyone involved and the cost for my team was zero yet the benefits are huge. Our photographer took our photo in the furniture store with the owner of the store and we did a printed marketing announcement with the flyer style certificate to all our past clients and it's working better than any discount we have offered in the past. The furniture company had the discount cards made for us and they have their furniture store logo and our real estate logo both on the card. Co-branded marketing works awesome when you are associating yourself with a top notch company and in this situation it is truly beneficial for both of us. The motivation the furniture store has in doing this is that they will be gaining access to new home buyers who will of course be buying some new furniture and the 15% discount will help get them in the store.
