Del Webb over 55 Community in Mt Juliet TN
I recently helped a client purchase a new construction home in Mt Juliet, which is just off I40 and about 20 miles east of Nashville.
When she first contacted me she was adamant about finding a home that was maintenance free. I thought she meant inside and out and I was struggling to think of where a totally maintenance free home would exist. Fortunately, she just meant outside, I think.
She and I looked high and low for listings. She and her friend drove north, south, east, and west of Nashville and couldn't find a community they liked better than Del Webb in Lake Providence.
Lake Providence offered the location they desired: a short distance to the airport, close to Nashville for work opportunities, and in a bustling area with a variety of shopping and restaurants. The gated community has an awesome lake with personal sized boats and miles of walking trails. The clubhouse and pool are very inviting and...no yard work!
After looking at several homes for sale that weren't exactly what she wanted, she decided to build. The sales staff and decorating team were wonderful to work with. She is very happy with her decision and will be moving into her new home in the fall.

If you are interested in a retirement community in Tennessee, you must visit Del Webb. Currently, their only community in Tennessee is in Mt Juliet but rumors suggest they may be building in Franklin in the not too distant future!
