Continuing to "defy reality" as I work each day...

My husband worrks in the advertizing industry and he brought home the January 28, 2008 Advertizing Age magazine because the front page article is critical of the ad campaign from the National Association of Realtors. I really think they are just jumping on the bad news band wagon. The article states we should not say "opportunities have never been better" to buy a house. How is this not true? If I had the opportunity I would buy 10 houses right now. It's a buyer's market. I just don't see how they can find fault with our ad campaign when it is based on facts. Does anyone disagree that this is a great time to buy?
