RE/MAX is a great place to be, and it shows in our numbers, both of agents, and sales!

Pssssst!  I used to be a member of that company.  I'm really blessed to be at RE/MAX.  I look forward to seeing the same results in our area!  Can you send some of that our way?

Hello Robb,

Thanks for the welcome! I got your email, I'm not quite ready yet for that jump, but your "Calculate Your Commission" page makes a compelling argument. Great to meet you.

Happy Selling!

Hi Robb, (and I noticed Adam Forney, as well),

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your patience as you told your story, and as you explained "Why RE/MAX?" to me.  With 7+ years in the RE business, I've heard quite a number of stories but in the end for me, it was about the corporate culture - from the top down.

I am a small business person at heart.  I like to be able to change course as the market requires, to stay up to date on new trends, and thereby offer my clients the best in services for today's demanding RE market.

Small businesses are not constrained by the demands of a publicly held corporation and can turn on a dime if it makes sense.  "Run an extra ad for a client this week - why not?  Send out a referral to an international client this week -- why not?  Spend time trying to develop long tern relationships with agents in major metro area across the country, so relationships of trust can be developed for investors and transferee's somewhere down the road -- sure!"

For my specific case, as I took a look at RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts, your insight into your and your staff's ralationship to agents blew me away.  Agents are the customer?  What a breath of fresh air.  Post every listing on as many Internet sites as logically feasible?  Amaxing idea -- spread the news!  Assist with closings so agents can focus on generating new business?  Holy smokes -- am I in Heaven or am I still in Iowa?

No wonder the transaction count per agent is so high at RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts, relative to the competition!  You understand your business!

I could see by your personal demeanor, and your emphasis on the agent as customer, that I would be making a very wise decision to come aboard.  Of course, the proof will be in my personal transaction count -- in the record of how well I do at helping more and more clients reach their personal home ownership and investment goals -- yet I have no doubts one can succeed at a higher level in such an environment.

It took about eight months for me to make the decision, but the straws just kept piling up.  Finally one day, the camel's back was broken.  Now, it's RE/MAX RE Concepts all the way.   Thanks for your patience and not giving up on me, Robb.   No wonder you've been so quickly successful at growing your RE/MAX franchise!

And Adam Fornay, or any other Des Moines agents, if you ever read this, let's have coffee sometime!   The RE/MAX story as being lived out at the Real Estate Concepts franchise is a good one!
