My husband is diabetic with many other issues. We have to watch how we eat. I made this chicken for my daughter's wedding and it was such a hit I thought I would share.
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Shake the chicken in a bag with the italian dressing. Place in a pan and sprinkle parmesian cheese to your delight. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. It stays juicy and flavorful. (Sometimes I soak it in the dressing over night)
