The market is actually heating up, time to get out and buy!! Coeur D'Alene, Hayden Idaho Market

I am seeing and hearing things happening, this weekend I was out showing homes here in the Coeur D'Alene, Hayden Idaho area, and the one my clients choose had gone under contract, that is the 2nd house that has happened on in the past couple weeks, so things are starting to move, and people are starting to look.  I also see it picking up in the Spokane Valley area, I have been searching out and evaluating properties over there as well, and the Days on Market are far less than the Days on Market in our Idaho market, but it's all getting better.
