Canby,Oregon has been one of those quiet little Oregon towns with a diverse mix of housing and business along with the Clackamas County Fair Grounds in the middle of town. It is divided north and south by Highway 99 that also feeds to nearby Interstate-5 to the West and to the East is Oregon's first capitol city of Oregon City.The town is in the heart of Christmas Tree country and boasts many established Farms,Ranches and plant nurseries.Mount Hood is visible from many points in town towering in the Sunrise to the east. Canby is now in the process of developing the State of Oregon's largest Light Industrial & Business park on the East end of town that will surely bring many more people to the area. The town is partially surrounded on the South side of town by the Molalla River that feeds into the Willamette River that is just outside the city to the North.
This town is poised to expand expodentially in the near future and opportunities abound for those looking to be a part of a small growing community.
