No, my dog does not know much about real estate, besides the perimeter of my yard. But I decided to have Maka's picture instead of mine, because of some funny events going on lately.
Like some guy calling at odd hours and whispering stuff over the phone. You can figure out what type of content. I wonder if anybody else had similar issues and how did you deal with this. I have contacted the phone company, but they did not want to release the info (phone number of certain idiot(s) until I file a police report.
And by the way, attached is the picture that I typically use for all my advertising and that probbaly stirred these phonecalls. It is a good picture of me, as many people said, after all it cost $80.00...
