There are currently ten luxury town-homes on the market. There are first row units starting at $1,895,000, but my favorite unit in Ho'olei is the top row building B-6. This is a large corner unit priced at $3,400,000. This in my opinion is the best location in Hoolei. It offers sweeping ocean views over looking Wailea Resort.
