Again, thanks Danny for the Invite...and I accept your invitation to join. Nothing but the positive is exactly what I look for in my sphere of influence, my associates & friends. Guess that is why I don't watch much television, these days. Rather be doing something productive and uplifting. Active Rain has most definitely given me postive ideas & tools I can use to further my real estate career, plus bouncing off ideas from others here.
