The Mandalay Beach Club is an amazing luxury beachside condo community located right on the sandy white beaches of Clearwater Beach FL. It is located off of Gulf Blvd in the heart of Clearwater Beach between Papaya St and San Marco St, next door to the also popular Sandpearl Residences.

Built in 2002, the 150 plus units in Mandalay Beach Club have all the modern luxuries and amenities. The units offer gorgeous gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops, solid wood cabinetry, open floor plans, master baths with whirlpool tubs, and balconies with spectacular views of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Two, three and four bedroom units are available. Depending on the floor plan, the two bedroom units have 1,400 to 2,000 square feet of living area and range in price from about $500,000 to a million plus. The three bedroom units generally have from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet or living area and go for a million and up. The four bedroom units are an amazing 3,500 to 4,000 square feet and are in the two million dollar range.

The community also has a fitness center, tennis courts, club house, gated security, outdoor grill, and more.
You are right in the middle of Clearwater Beach with the popular Brown Boxer Pub and Grill and Frenchy's Saltwater Grill just across the street. The Brown Boxer is pet friendly, and you will often see guests enjoying a drink or dinner in the courtyard with their pup sitting beside them.

If you like to ride bikes like we do, the Pinellas Trail is nearby and offers 30 miles of biking off the beaten path that is a bike rider's dream.
