The CHP program is designed to provide William Raveis sales associates training in the mortgage, insurance and settlement services areas."We recognize that the industry is changing," William Raveis, chairman and chief executive officer, said in a statement. In order to receive the CHP designation, William Raveis associates go through a multi-part series of educational trainings, and are tested on their knowledge. Each professional is already trained in the real estate industry, but they additionally undergo training in mortgage, insurance and settlement service, ensuring that they are prepared to help their clients and customers through every step of the homeownership process.
