Murfreesboro Real Estate Tips- How To Lift A Sinking Concrete Slab

1. Use a saw with a 12 inch blade to cut a clot through the concrete slab to allow it to lift up.

2. Use a diamond tipped core drib bit to drill several large holes in the concrete slab

3. Drill a 12 inch deep hole through each core hole with a pneumatic hammer

4. Mix up water, sand, silt, and portland cement

5. Use a hydraulic cement pump to pump the concrete mix into the core drill holes

6. Continue pumping cement into core holes a little at a time as the slab rises.

7. After the slab is level, cement the concrete core plugs back in place flush with top of slab
