Hi Cheryl, I sometimes struggle with time management, but I like to do my lead generating in the mornings, and appointments in the afternoon.

Running a brokerage is a time managment nightmare.... I try to be available for my agents and it means long days because sometimes I don't start to get stuff done until they are all out the door.

Yes Cheryl, time managment is key with so much competition for our time, and that big dog that lives under my desk wants to make sure I make time for "Jack time" everyday too.
