AVERAGE SOLD PRICE OF THOSE HOMES SOLD IN LONG POND FOR JULY:

 

The Average Sold Price for July 2014 was $86k versus $130k for July 2013.

 

The Average sold price for Monroe County for July was $133k.

 

NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD IN LONG POND PA FOR JULY:

 

The Number of Homes Sold for June 2014 was 6 versus 15 for July 2013, all 6 of them were foreclosures. 100% of the sales for the Month.  Double EWWW!

 

The Number of homes sold in Monroe County for July 2014 was 208, UP 13% from last year.

 

YEAR TO DATE STATISTICS IN THE LONG POND PA REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT:

 

The Average Sold Price Year To Date in Long Pond PA for 2014 is $96k compared to $112k for 2013.
