Well once again, I'm a little late with another posting...
I've been busy, which is good. Its's spring break this week and I was able to take my niece and nephew to the river for a day on the boat with friends. It was a good time.
I've also been working with several buyers showing property. Its taking longer for most to make decisions about what they want to do and how to move forward. I've also noticed that everyone has a home to sell first somewhere else.
Now, I'm getting ready to run!! The Cooper River Bridge Run is this weekend in Charleston, SC and I'm looking forward to the trip. I understand its going to be raining. Go figure! This will be the second time I've done this race and I'm hoping to beat my last time. I'll let you all know afterwards. Wish me luck!!
