It is another blustery day here in semi-thawed Idaho. We seem to be a month behind on cr
awling out of winter. I still have a couple piles of snow in my yard here in the valley and so we have yet to reach any considrable warmth.
The weather may be cold but rates are steaming! We have been hovering in the high 5's for the past couple weeks. Friday we were down a little and today came back up a tick or two. I feel like I continue to beat the same drum but here goes: GET IN AND GET QUALIFIED NOW! The approval is good for 120 days so if you are even thinking about buying or refinancing before August then get in and take advantage of a swinging rate market!
