Glenview home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 2.9% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 15.1% from $386,726 to $445,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 11.1%, while the median sale price rose by 19.9% from $448,250 to $537,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 5.9%, while the median sale price decreased by 37.3% from $315,000 to $197,500.
