What was once the site of the Bonny Blink Farms is now the setting for Exton Station Community Association; a mix of 684 town homes and flats located in bucolic Chester County. Built in the mid 1980's to early 1990's, Exton Station is now comprised of four "sub-Associations", Exton Limited Condominium Association, Jenny Lind Homeowners Association, Railway Square Condominium Association, and Vanderbilt Village Homeowners Association, operating under the umbrella of a "master association".
The community, located near Route 100, King and Ship Roads, boasts easy access to Exton Train Station and a host of upscale shopping meccas such as Main Street at Exton and the Exton Mall. Its many amenities include a clubhouse (available for weekend party rentals), outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a ball field and playgrounds. Main Line Today (April 2006) described Exton Station as one of the ten "hot neighborhoods" in its article on Best Places to Live.
In January 2001 Robert H. Wise Management Co., Inc. assumed full-service management duties for Exton Station Community Association. The center-city Philadelphia-based firm, working with the onsite property manager and support staff and in conjunction with the five boards of directors, prepares the operating and capital budgets, oversees the individual Association checking and reserve accounts and implements the methods by which the sub-Associations reimburse the Master Association for common area services. These services include, but are not limited to, landscaping, snow removal and waste management.
