Westchester home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 109.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 9.4% from $180,000 to $163,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 63.6%, while the median sale price decreased by 18.4% from $180,000 to $146,900. Condo/townhome sales rose by 5%, while the median sale price rose by 207000% from $0 to $207,000.
