Realtor on the Run: Gulf Access Pool Home in Paradise

Real Estate Agent with Premier Florida Realty of SWFL

As I write, the Contractor is finishing up placing new ceramic tiles in the Living Room and Kitchen.  The owners chose tiles that look like wood, which is all the rage now, at least here in Southwest Florida.  Previously, my opinion of this type of flooring was not enthusiastically positive, but as I saw more and more of this style, I've decided that I like it so much that my husband and I are now planning to redo the flooring in our master bedroom and office with the wood-like tiles.

Our new Listing is located in Southwest Cape Coral, not that far from Cape Coral Parkway. The home is spacious with a split plan.  Nearly 1700 square feet under air, and over 3500 square feet in total. The master bedroom offers a delicious view of the pool and gulf access canal, as does the living room and kitchen.  As mentioned above, new tiles everywhere.

But, it is the outside of the home that will take your breath away. There is a Heated free formed Pool w/ spa.  There is a Tiki Hut located on the Dock. There is a boat lift, and a boat by the way, available for sale separately form the home.  All of this overlooks stunning, wide intersecting canals that lead to the Caloosahatchee River and beyond to the Gulf of Mexico.

Listed for $333,000.
