Selling, Selling, Selling, I am happy Selling.... CApe Cod....

Between last week and this the sky opened up and sent the buyers in droves to CApe Cod.   Buyers are contemplating their summer plans, looking for the Cape Cod Memory or relocating for thier jobs.   Century 21 Open House month is going well with multiple offers on some properties... Could this be the market is on its way back up?  ON our first weekend of open houses we held 14 and sold 4.   One house had 4 offers on it and sold for over asking.   Pretty good weekend?  I was able to secure 7 new buyers clients and am actively searching for thier Cape Cod Escape.   This weekend the clouds really opened up and the open houses were not so well attended... but there was still activity.   Happily, I am not doing REal Estate today.   I am walking 14 miles for Breast Cancer.  It is a trainging walk I organized for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Boston in May.   I am expecting 53 people from all over New England to come and walk the Cape Cod Canal.   I gotta run... or, should I say, walk...but I wanted to encourage you to reconsider the value of OPEN HOUSES>... smile

Yes, the rain yesterday put a damper on activity at my open house.  But, I still have 4 groups of people in two hours.
