Anyone delt with Arbor Mortgage? I can not get them to call me or email me back. They are really not coroperating with me at all. Has anyone had this problem? Are they a good company?

Brad, Is this a lender your buyer has chosen? If not, dump them fast! It makes you look unreliable when someone you recommend does not follow through. If it is your buyers choice, maybe you should ask them if they have heard from their lender as they have not been returning your calls. Let us know how it turns out!!

I am in the middle of a nightmare with Arbor Mortgage. My poor Client is going to lose this deal and she has lost a couple of thousand dollars over this.
