Getting Ready to Sell Your Home?  Don't know which photos to leave out, which to pack away?  How de-personalized does it need to be? 

One good stategy is to think about and mimic a Hotel Room.  Tastefully decorated, surfaces clean except for a few lamps and well chosen accessories, every thing in good repair, painted, fresh linens, vacuumed, waxed, CLEAN!  There are no full trash cans, no litter boxes, no pet odors.
