Elkhart Museums - Ruthmere.
"Ruthmere", home of Albert and Elizabeth Beardsley until 1924, was built in 1910, restored and opened in 1973. The home was placed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The architecture of that era can be viewed and the visitors can get a taste of what elegant life was like in the early 1900s.
The museum is used for Weddings, Receptions, Special events, including Concerts.
Hours
Tuesday - Saturday - every hour from 10 am to 3 pm
Sunday - Every hour from 1 to 3 pm EST
Admission
Adults - $10, Students - $4, Under 5 FREE with adult, Seniors (60) - $7 on discount day (Wednesday)
