I looked for residential listings sold. There were 22 homes that settled in August 2015.

The highest sale price was $ 549,740 and lowest sale price was 134,000

The average original list price was $336,753. The average last list price was $332,139

The average sale price was $335,834

The homes were on the market for an average of 36 days.
