Let us tell you a bit about the Bodacious Boutique Brokerage, where we hang our hat. JH Realty Partners resides at 545 Ada Drive in Ada, MIchigan. One of the oldest buildings in Ada. A piece of Real Estate history which only seems appropriate that a local brokerage owns it. The boutique brokerage is on the rise per Inman news and I can see why.

It used to be Realtor’s held all the information - there were no on line sites, no multiple listing service as we now know it, no Zillow and Trulia. If you wanted to know about a listing you had to call a Realtor to see the home and get more information.
The needs of the client has changed, even though they can find homes for sale, see what they sold for, the interpretation of the information is essential. And validation of this information needs to be confirmed and so the concierge service has been demanded - required.

Yesterday was my first meeting at the Ada Business Association, what a treat to get to know the owners of these local businesses. They have great offerings and passion for their community. The next event on the docket for Ada, Michigan is the trolley ride.
